| The Gulf Coast Wrestlers Reunion is an annual event held each year in Mobile, Alabama. In late 1991, Rip Tyler, Bob Kelly, and Terry Lathan got together and began reminiscing about the past. They came up with the idea of having an event where "heroes and friends" could get together to renew friendships and forget grudges. On March 7, 1992, a group of 48 people attended the first "official" reunion. Sixteen years later, on March 2-3, 2007, almost 200 people gathered to share old war stories and reminisce about past feuds. Unfortunately for wrestling fans, due to space limitations, the event is open only to former wrestlers, referees, and promoters. 2007 Gulf Coast Wrestlers Reunion Group Photos Due to the number of people in attendance, the reunion attendees were split into five groups: three for wrestlers, one for referees, and another for the ladies. Black-and-white prints of each of these photos can be found in the Reunion Yearbook, but 8x10 glossy prints of the photos are available in full color.
